She supports the firm’s clients in the financial services and general commercial sectors, advising on legal and regulatory compliance including with respect to data privacy, anti-money laundering, tax information exchange and economic substance requirements. Kerri-Anne’s practice focuses in particular on regulatory issues affecting virtual assets and service providers in the fintech space, and mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and reorganisations in the corporate and commercial practice environment.
